ASI files are extensions to Grand Theft Auto 3/VC/SA games. They are loaded at program start. In the GTA community exist all kinds of ASIs, from game limit fixing to changing gameplay. DK22Pac has created an amazing plugin-sdk for building your own ASI files!
In this repository you can find special example ASI files. Each is meant to display a unique feature of the GTA engine, like loading ped models dynamically or replacing world textures. Here is a list of all currently available projects:
